I’m Kelly — Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, mother of five, and firm believer that wellness starts in the everyday. My approach is grounded in the simple truth that what we eat, how we rest, and the way we move through our days shapes the way we feel.

Olea Health & Wellness was born from both personal experience and professional training. After seeing firsthand how everyday choices — from the food on our plates to the rhythm of our routines — could transform energy, mood, and resilience, I knew I wanted to help others create that same lasting change.

I guide clients through the five pillars of Nutritional Therapy: nutrient-dense, whole-food eating; balanced blood sugar; healthy digestion; restorative sleep; and stress resilience. These aren’t quick fixes — they’re foundations that support your body for the long term, woven into your real, everyday life.

Whether we’re working together in the kitchen, shaping bedtime habits, or creating calm in the middle of a busy season, my goal is always the same: to help you find health that feels natural, sustainable, and beautifully your own.
